We've therefore prepared some answers to the questions we have had from our users who have been using the SEO toolkit you see below.

We hope these FAQs convince you that our tools are up to scratch and worth considering as a way to improve how you manage your site optimisation marketing programmes.

How much does it cost?

Our most popular package costs £299 + VAT per month to manage 25 websites, although there are discounts for multiple sites and for annual payment terms. We also offer a 30 day money-back guarantee so you can be sure Analytics SEO is right for you.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, there is no contract to sign. Our subscription is a modest monthly fee per website with the option to cancel with one month’s notice.

Do I have to implement Google Analytics on my website?

No, but boy oh boy does it make these search engine optimisation tools so much more effective. 

We love to base key SEO tasks and strategy by first looking at which keywords you are already ranking for and are bringing you visitors and conversions; we then look at keywords you want to rank for. Google Analytics is a great way of getting access to this data on a continuous basis providing an excellent foundation for all your competitive SEO activity and decisions.

Does Analytics SEO work without Google Analytics?

Yes, it does, but you may not get access to all the reports available in the system. If you do not have any analytics software installed on your website, then you really must get some installed before you start on any SEO campaign – otherwise how will you know if your investment has been worthwhile.

Are you planning to integrate with anymore website analytics packages, e.g. WebTrends, Adobe Omniture,...?

Yes, it is on our roadmap. The software is getting better and better with periodical new releases. If you feel it would help your search engine efforts considerably then let us know by contacting us here and we’ll see what we can do.

Once I have setup my site and signed up for your service, how quickly can I see results for my site?

You will see some initial results almost immediately. You may then have to wait for us to finish spidering your site before you can start analysing the competition and selecting keywords for ongoing monitoring. In the meantime, it is highly likely that Analytics SEO will have identified some tasks for you to evaluate and undertake.

Clearly much of the insight we give you comes from a careful and thorough analysis of your site, your competitors’ sites and search engine indices; this takes time.

Do you offer professional website SEO services?

Sorry not anymore - we're concentrating 100% on our SEO software.  But do contact us here if you need suggestions, as we know lots of people who can assist you.  And you can rest assured that if they're using our software then they'll be serious about SEO and committed to running your SEO campaigns in a systematic and ethical way.

Can you help me redesign my website?

We no longer off web re-design services, but know plenty of good designers who do.  Contact us here and we will recommend some local partners who can help you with re-designing your website in an SEO friendly manner.

What do I need to know to use the tool? (Read Answer)

You need to know how to use a browser - it's that simple!

Clearly, if you have a working knowledge of websites or online marketing that is going to help considerably. If you are a business owner and don’t feel you have the knowledge to run the system yourself, but want to get a competitive edge, then why not ask your website design agency to run it for you or ask us to recommend one of our SEO agencies that utilise our SEO software?

Do I need to be an SEO expert to use the service?

No, but there is a danger you might become one. ;-) If you find all the terminology a bit daunting, but still want a real and sustainable online competitive advantage, then find someone to manage the system for you.

I have Google Analytics installed on my website, what does Analytics SEO give me that Google Analytics doesn’t?

We love Google Analytics. If you use it properly then it can help you build a better more successful website.

We have tried to avoid replicating wherever possible reports from Google Analytics. However, the platform is much more than just another way of evaluating the data you'd see in your Google Analytics account. For instance, it includes keyword ranking data for your site and your competitors' websites, it shows you lots of backlink data and can help you in finding new link prospects, it analyses your site for issues relating to technical setup, rawlability and effective use of Meta Data, it includes a detailed project management workflow function and allows for multiple ways of reporting.
