The graph and table below help you keep tabs of your prospective link partners. Use them to keep track of:
Targetted - The number of potential prospects we have found. A reasonable percentage of these listings may not be relevant, this is due to these results coming up in search engine results pages for various combinations of your campaign keywords.
Acquired - How many websites and blogs have agreed to list your site.
Rejected - How many sites have politely rebuffed your attempts to reach out to them!
In Progress - How many websites and blogs have been contacted and either your site has been submitted and you are awaiting a response, a form has been submitted or an email has been sent requesting a link.
Gone Live - This automatically tracks how many of the "Acquired links" have actually gone live.
Please note: in order to populate this area of the site, you need to identify link prospects and action those prospects. To do this, go further down this section and you will see blogs, forums, competitor links we've found you can target. Click on any Optimise button and you will be presented with a link prospect table. Action a link prospect by clicking on the spanner icon next to the prospect. You will then be asked to specify how you submitted the link request to this domain. Record this information, save it down and when you then return to the Link Building Progress component, you will notice that the data has begun to populate. We will then continue to monitor the backlinks you've targetted to see if we can find a link to your own domain.
