Please read these Special Terms and Conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which the Promoter (“Analytics SEO Limited”) makes this promotion available to you via the http://www.analyticsseo.com website. These Special Offer Terms & Conditions apply to selected items available for purchase on this website only.

1. Prices and product information

The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the signup page on the Analytics SEO website (http://www.analyticsseo.com/signup).

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the http://www.analyticsseo.com website are correct. If, by mistake, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you within a reasonable time of receiving your order. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price.

All prices are expressed exclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.

2. Bulk buy policy

3. Availability

Whilst we have estimated demand for the gifts, there is no guarantee that they will continue to be readily available. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply the gift to you we will not be liable to you except to offer you a substitute gift which in our opinion is of similar value to the original offered and/or we reserve the right to offer a refund.

4. Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually provide the AnalyticsSEO service to you, at which point a contract will be made between us. At any point up until then you may cancel your order or we may decline to supply the AnalyticsSEO service to you.

5. Territory

6. Gifts

The offer of a gift of a 16GB WI-FI iPad2 is only available to customers who purchase an annual Pro, Agency or Enterprise Subscription to AnalyticsSEO at the full list price of each respective package by following the checkout process at http://www.analyticsseo.com/signup and paying in full by any of the methods set out in section 9 below.

The gift is only available with a completed contract for these subscriptions and is subject to a minimum contract term of 1 year.

The gift will be despatched only after cleared funds have been received by the Promoter. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Delivery of gifts will not be honoured for any cancelled orders. If, for any reason, at any time during the contract year you attempt to cancel the contract then you must return any gift received by you, at your cost by courier or other similar means of secure delivery, as a result of that order.

Your gift will be delivered by courier which you will have to sign for.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods within the delivery period stated above, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

If you are unavailable when the courier tries to deliver your gift, you will need to call them to re-arrange delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure you do not miss the delivery.

By placing an order you are authorising us to accept signature from another person on your behalf if you are not present at the time of delivery.

Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that the gift offered is provided to you by the date agreed, all gifts are offered subject to availability at the time of delivery.

In the event of a gift being unavailable for unforeseen reasons, we reserve the right to substitute your gift for an alternative of equivalent or greater value. In some cases a substitute may not be possible, e.g. iPad2 Wi-Fi 16GB and in which case the gift will be provided as soon as we receive new stock.

7. Cancellation

Once you have purchased an Annual Community Subscription to AnalyticsSEO the service starts immediately and continues for a minimum of 1 year and cannot be cancelled during that time. The software is provided as a service and as such no cooling off period is offered.

We encourage you to satisfy yourself that the AnalyticsSEO service meets your needs prior to entering into any contract.

8. Returns instructions

Unwanted gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund. Your legal rights remain unaffected.

In the event that the gift supplied does not work or is damaged then please contact the relevant manufacturer directly. The Promoter cannot and does not offer any warranty with the gift under any circumstances.

9. Payments

You can pay for your item(s) by Mastercard or Visa credit card, Switch or Delta debit card through the online ecommerce store on www.analyticsseo.com. We do not accept orders over the telephone or by post or any other payment method.

Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure.

Authority for payment must be given at the time of order.

10. Closing Date

This offer expires 31st July 2012, and only applies to valid products purchased between February 21st, 2011 and midnight GMT on 31st July, 2012.
