These tools run automatically every day and keep you informed of key SEO tasks to help you get the basics right and to alert you to any errors or issues with your website.

When you first login and create a site and SEO campaign you get access to the ‘Dashboard’ which is a private area of the site with all the tools on you need to manage your SEO campaign.

Every day, we check these tasks for your website and notify you of any errors or issues we find.

Manual SEO Tasks

If we have identified a known issue or a potential issue with your website, we will list a specific task in the Task Pad on the right hand side of the page.  Click on this task, and you will get specific advice and help about the relative importance of the issue and how to satisfactorily resolve it.

Recurring SEO Tasks

We list a number of tasks that we run regularly on your site; these include tasks like ‘Remove Dead Links’ which identifies pages with links that do not work.  Checking these tasks regularly can help you maintain your site in a user friendly and search engine friendly manner.

Automated SEO Tasks

This lists the automatic tasks that we are currently running or have scheduled to run on your site.  If you click on a task you can see what this task does and when it is scheduled to run.
