27/10/11 - Version 4.3 now live!
27/09/11 - Google Adwords Search Volumes temporarily suspended. As you may have seen online - Google decided to withdraw the Adwords API tokens, without warning, for thousands of users (including us) last week. Lots of people were pretty miffed (http://www.seroundtable.com/adwords-api-tokens-bug-14015.html) We are working on a replacement solution and hope to have this implemented by Wednesday 28/09/11.
07/09/11 - We're currently experiencing server related issues and having to perform some maintenance work. We expect to be back up very soon.
Update - 10:30: the database server issues have now all been resolved, and the site is back up and running.
Update - 15:30: we need to take the dashboard database server offline for about 15 minutes for a hardware upgrade following this morning's outage. Apologies for the short notice.
Update - 16:45: the hardware upgrade is now complete. This should prevent any recurrence of today's outage in the future.

10/08/11 - Scheduled downtime on 10/08/11 from 6.00 - 10.am GMT. During this period it will not be possible to access websites on the platform. The downtime has been scheduled to upgrade to Version 4 of the software.
01/04/11 - This morning's planned upgrade to the hardware on our main database server went as planned, so the overall responsiveness of the site should now be better.
29/03/11 - 18:30 HRS GMT - Update - We're currently experiencing some temporary performance issues with our hardware setup which is causing the site to run slightly slower than anticipated. This means there will be some short periods of time when we're working on the system when we'll have to take certain reports and tables, and very occasionally the whole application off-line for a short-time.
We'll try and give you as much notice as possible, but due to operational reasons this may not always be possible. Please bear with us as we resolve these growing pains. This is the first such instance in nearly 2 years and is not something we plan to make a habit of.

29/03/11 - Growing Pains: The technical team are still working to improve the performance of the system. We've had an influx of new sites recently and this is causing a few thorny issues.
